How do you transit though? I've become adept at reaching the sleep paralysis state but I just can't get out. I'm stuck with audio hallucinations and weird buzzes. I just can't take the next step

i dont know how it happened to be honest, every time i get SP i try to go lucid, most of the time i cant.
last night it just happened,
im sure there are ways to train yourself to do it at will, do you ever lucid dream? just try and recreate that mindstate i guess, its difficult tho

Fuckin weird that I randomly just said blue cheese for no reason at all and then clicked this thread. No bs.
Lol. Anyhow you must always go into sleep paralysis prior to lucid dreaming. The transition will occur immediately following sleep paralysis is you use the wake induced method. (The easiest) which requires you to go to bed wake up 6 hours later, remain awake for about an hour then go back to sleep. Just remain conscious. Much easier said then done. I usually just think about what I want to dream. After about 15 minutes you should start feeling very relaxed and your muscles are getting very weak. Don't get excited. It will ruin it. Following the relaxed feeling it will feel almost like a jolt of electricity coursing through your body. This is your body going into paralysis. Go with the flow. Not but minutes after this you should start to see little flashes of light. More and more visuals will get closer and eventually engulf you. Your free to roam, fly (hard to learn), and even bang a super model!

You have to be in the rem sleep cycle. Its not a necessity really but will up your chances significantly.
