I'd bet money this won't happen, no player will keep playing a game where someone can just pickpocket all their valuable items or murder them on the streets.

Nor will any developer stick your character in a cell for a set period of time when you're paying 15 a month to play. Even in the singleplayer games you just sleep and you're out.

I MAY be wrong but I played runescape for years and I'm pretty sure you could only pickpocket npcs, never high level equipment off of players.
