GrowBag - Is It Ok?

Hey guys,
I bought 4 bags from A Good Company and I'm currently on day 6.
I am noticing some SLIGHT changes and want your wonderful advice/evaluation on if it's going 'as it's supposed too'.
I understand it's all gonna take as long as it takes, I'm just looking for a little 1st time paranoia soothing here, plus any useful advice.
I am also currently reading through everyone elses growbag experiences.
Please check the photos and tell me if the grow rate is what is expected.
Here are the conditions:
1 large FC, two boxes placed within each other with water in between, a water heater (for an aquarium) keeping the temp on the reg (22 to 24 degrees Celsius), 14 hours on with two basic fluorescent lights then 12 hours off, I don't open the bags very often.
Here are the pics, one box (seems to be going slowly) and another that is a little faster then pics of the setup itself.
Is this growth rate normal?

One, remove any vendors name. And two, bumping your own thread within 24 hours will get the thread locked if a TC feels fit.
As for the growth it looks nice and healthy

Is the amount of growth about right for the amount of time it's been going?

It looks ok. Time of colonization can vary from a number of different factors. So I can't say if that amount of grow is the right amount for the time it's been since inoculation. Just wait it out.

Update:
We have a bit of Mushroom action now, some are starting to grow through....I think the surface was pressed down hard and that makes it hard for the shrooms to grow through........
My question is this:
I can see a few mushrooms growing on the inside of the box i.e against the walls of the box.....I don't have any Idea if/how I'll be able to harvest these Mushrooms and if they are left there I worry they may eventually rot and damage the substrate.....
Can anyone please advise me what to do about this?
Is it ok to remove the substrate from the box to pick these mushrooms out so i can clear it for the 2nd flush after the first is fully grown?

So i should be pulling the substrate out and harvesting the mushrooms pushing along the side of the box?
If i don't, will they rot and mess everything up?

If you don't take em out they will rot, but from what I know they shouldn't fuck anything up. But I would pick em regardless otherwise your wasting perfectly good booms.

Ok,
So should I wait for them to fully develop before ripping em up or take em out earlier?
I'm not sure if being pressed against the side of the casing combined with moisture may make them grow differently/rot faster.
Also any suggestions on getting the substrate block out without handling it too much/keeping the risk of contamination low?
They're currently in a half tub thing, looks a bit like an ice cream container, check the original pics at top of thread.
