Misleading people by calling it a death panel, doesn't make it a death panel. It mostly means you're misleading.
I am so happy that some WaPo columnist has taken it upon himself to define just what is and is not a death panel.

Death panels. Just exactly what Sarah Palin said, exactly what we all knew. Obamacare establishes death panels, and right now Sebelius is it. And that's what Obamacare says. I don't know how many times it says it in there, but the phrase "as the secretary shall determine," meaning the secretary of Health and Human Services. Well, Sebelius is determined a 10-year-old doesn't get the lung. She doesn't get a lung transplant 'cause she is 10 years old, and you have to be 12 to get a lung transplant under the current regulations.
What we have here is a clearly incompetent bureaucrat making a life and death decision. The only part of "Death Panel" that might be wrong in this particular case is "Panel".

By your own standards, Wells Fargo must have a death panel somewhere in it.
"Around the time of Mr. Gonzalez's ouster, Wells Fargo and United Health Care reps asked his wife ‘numerous questions’ about her daughter’s treatment and made ‘several references… to the cost of her treatment,’ the lawsuit states. Also, around the same time as these cagey comments, Mr. Gonzalez's Wells Fargo supervisor alighted on something of a witch hunt, the suit alleges, searching for reasons to fire the beleaguered employee."

Yeah, so? Your link
Quote:
The suit doesn't link Mr. Gonzalez's ouster - and his policy's cancellation - to his daughter's demise, as a Good Samaritan charity subsequently spotted him a year's health coverage under COBRA, a lawyer for Mr Gonzalez reportedly said.
You are very, very sloppy, kid.
