Does this fruiting chamber look ok?

My friend is using the PF tek, he has one cake in the FC, the other one currently being dunked, and the third is only 96%ish colonized.
He had been researching fruiting chambers, and liked the SGFC because the holes allow less work in terms of fanning, but since he only had one cake ready he didn't want to deal with the SGFC because it's too big and time consuming to drill that many holes. So, he took a plastic container from a dollar store, cut holes all over it with scissors (don't have a drill), and put damp perlite on the bottom. He also has a small bedside lamp to provide light.
The cake has a few pins that are around 1/4 inch in size, and than a bunch of tiny pins and a couple of what I think are aborts. Now, earlier today he got a hygrometer to measure the humidity, at first it read 60%, so he taped up some of the holes and has been misting it every couple hours pretty heavily. It got up to 80%, so he taped up some more holes, misted again, and now it reads at 90% humidity.
Questions:
1) Does the FC look okay? Will he need to fan it now since he taped up some of the holes? He doesn't have a fan but could buy one tomorrow.
2)For the other two cakes he is probably going to go with the 2liter bottle method, and he wonders how often he will have to fan/mist that setup?

It looks cool, but I just wonder where the mushrooms are going to grow. Mushies get pretty big.

Could he perhaps put a ziplock bag over the top to extend it when they start getting big??

Well I'm also thinking about the mushies growing out the side too. Perhaps a zip lock on top would accommodate them
