Sand mushroom

Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
On the beach on the banks of the Fraser River
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc. Black in maturity, light cream in youth.
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc. Thick, dirty white,
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc. marshmellow shaped , whiteish brown,
Spore print color: Very important! Spores look dark
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Non
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.
So I found these while fishing. I kicked a small white thing protruding from the sand and I instantly saw the texture of fungi. I looked around and saw a few humps. When I dug down I found these fruits . I was not expecting to see fungi in this clay sand mixture!
Its a weird spot to find mushrooms.
I am feeling Coprinopsis sp. ? Or even a Psath maybe ?
These sat in the fridge for a week and I forgot about them, and then I used my wifes camera which is the worst one in existence.

So hard to tell. I don't think they are Psath's, and if they were Coprinoid wouldn't they have turned to mush? I can't really see anything because of the dirt, but that habitat has to be a huge clue.

I think wrong cap for Psathyrella, just look at the burled stems, clearly not fragile.
I think your dealing with a possible mono-species genus haha..

A. bernardii bruises red, which this doesn't. But Agaricus was my first thought too.

I was hoping for an Agaricus when I first dug them up!!!
But the texture and everything was wrong.
I originally thought they were something special but I just wish I had my camera with me. I have found quite a few firsts this season so things that normally dont pop, did this season. They could very well be C atramentarius though , I was thinking that as well.
But that Psathyrella looks promising too. I will dry those specimens if anyone wants to do microscopy for shits and giggles. I know theres not too many sand mushrooms out there.
