The whole problem is that you consider it your bong, if it was just a bong then you wouldn't care.
Why would you pay $400 for a bong anyways?

To be less of an idealist, here's a story: I have a buddy that got in a fight with his brother. Pretty standard thing right? I have two brothers, and I got into countless fist fights with them.
Well, his brother's friend was there and stepped in by hitting my buddy in the back of the head. My buddy turned around and popped the guy in the jaw, knocking him out. Turns out he fractured his jaw in multiple places, and the "friend" pressed charges against my buddy, even after my bud's family urged him not to.
And now he is a felon. For defending himself against a sucker punch.
I'm not a pacifist; I've been in enough fights to know that violence can be necessary in certain circumstances. But instigating a fight will always place you in the wrong. Especially in the eyes of the court. Considering that hTx lives in the same state as I do, and the courts generally follow the same precedence: I wouldn't risk that shit.
I don't believe this, I punched a guy out in front of cops after he swung at me and didn't even hit me, and I didn't get any charges. In fact they asked me if I wanted to press charges.

If you really feel you have something to prove HTX, fight him out in the open, where you can use your speed and agility. It's twice has hard to fight a guy bigger than you in close quarters cause his size is more of an advantage.

230 to 140, better bring a hefty stick I wouldn't get into that fight if I was you, unless you know how to block punches and get out of grapples. If you know how to wrestle you might have a chance, but if he is that much bigger chances are he is going to wrap you up and you will be screwed. The only way to win a fight like that is cheap shots. Nose, throat, and groin. It could turn out bad and you could really fuck somebody up with shots like those though. I would advise against it. I would actually advise against ever starting a fight. You should always be ready but never jump in on someone because who knows what would happen.

One of my buddies like to bring a pocket full of rocks to a fight, as cheap as it is, it works. Rocks fucking hurt when you get pegged with one. You should be able to outrun him.

Yeah but if the big guy knows how to throw a punch it will be lights out. Only if he starts something should the guy defend himself. It is like a videogame at the point, you want to slide around him and catch him off guard. It sounds like the guy is big enough to do damage though. As I said, I wouldn't take advice from anyone telling you to start this fight. 100 pounds difference is asking to get fucked up.

Yeah, rear naked is what I was thinking too, or an arm bar. But you can't just pull something like that off without some training.
You could use it as motivation for training and getting a bit bigger/ more experienced yourself.

that is a horrible idea. I do agree that it is a fight he probably wouldn't win. I am 140 and would never fuck with someone who was 230 and if someone that big attacked me I would try to outpace him and wear him out before I did any punching or kicking.

I almost posted something brutal...
Best not to fight, OP. Probation sucks, that said, you shouldn't have let him take advantage of you.
Size really doesn't matter if you know how to fight. I actually wonder why there are weight classes. I think it's just commercialism.

Best fights are those where a lil guy takes on a big guy and either gets swat like a fly or completely demolishes the big guy.

Lol, I agree. Some people are just naturally tougher than their size or looks allow and some big guys are actually more agile and quick than their size shows. It's strange. I've seen men OPs size topple big guys and a big guy outrun a small man.
Just genetics I suppose.
I also saw this tiny little guy beating the absolute fuck out of this hulking giant but although you could say he was winning it looked like the fight would go on forever because the giant just took it without flinching. It's like a wood pecker against an oak tree.

Hence weight classes. If you have have 2 skilled fighters same skill level same training/ condition I will put my money on the big guy. Yeah the small guy can hit quick and move but to someone with a substantial amount of mass its like being attacked by a small child. And with more mass behind those hands a ko is inevitable.
