Your mushroom looks fine. Those are spores on top.
Also, it's growth didn't 'halt' It's just finished with it's natural course of growth. Harvest that little guy.

Plenty of people like watching their mushrooms flatten out and mature fully. The darkening really is just spores being carried around by the subtle air currents in the room.

Yep good to go man. Next time consider getting them sooner. No sense letting these guys suck up all the energy in your substrate that could be used for growing the next flush. I get only wanting to eat freshies. So I get your motivation for leaving them on. I guess the greedy devil in me hates to see lost chance at more fruits. I like to think of substrates like batteries. They start with a certain potential energy and they slowly expire with age. So I get out of them all I can before they go bad.
