Not a great first go at PFtek?

How long do you normally give your jars to show signs of mycelium before restarting?

Almost a week ago I did my first two glasses and I think I got it a bit wrong. After PCing it looked like a lot of the BRF washed down to the bottom. I still inno'd anyway just incase it is still OK.

Bin em and start again?

3 weeks is the longest I wait.  One week after inoculation depending on temps could show signs of growth.  I am not sure what you are saying when "the BRF washed down to the bottom".  I am really thinking that a picture would help:

A simple photograph of your jars may help us help you better.

What temps are you keeping your jars at also?  Temps in the mid 60f can show totally different speeds of growth versus a cake kept only a few degrees warmer.

Good luck!

Temps aren't perfect, I'm guessing between 17c 60% of the time and 22ish 30% of the time. But I'm getting a fish tank heater shortly so I can maintain 21-ish.

I think this one is just starch thats run to the bottom. Not Myc I dont think.

Ctrl+Mouse wheel down lol

I am no expert on cakes, and I would LOVE it if someone who is looked at these....They do look a touch too wet to me, but Im not a cake guy.

I see that you are using glasses, and you seem to have 2 layers of foil on the top.  I assume that one is the "lid" and one is covering the lid.  While drinking glasses are not the best, they certainly do work.
