2 Weeks in FC, no pins

I have a SGFC, maintaining an internal temp of 73 degrees, and a constant humidity of 99%. I fan the chamber 3 times daily.
I am using a bulk method for the first time with Rye berries. The mixture is pasteurized manure, coir air, verm, & Gypsum. The substrate mixture with the colonized rye berries is approximately 3 inches deep, with a 1/2 inch casting layer made up of peat moss, coarse vermiculite, hydrated lime, and granular gypsum.
Everything looks healthy, is hydrated, and smells of wonderful earthy mushrooms.
Here is my issue: This is my first attempt at bulk casting, and I want to make sure I'm on track. After I prepared the tub for the FC, I have watched as the myc has grown up and covered the entire casting layer... it is fascinating to watch but we are about 2 weeks in yet and I'm not seeing pins. I am seeing a lot of little white dots in the myc, and am wondering if that is the beginning...
Here are a few pictures.
A.) Does this look normal & healthy to everyone else? & B.) Is there anything I need to be doing to help the process along? I can be patient, but I don't want to miss anything.

All of the tray is a beautiful white. I think it is a reflection from the modem lights that are in that closet. The up close picture is actually taken in the same area you thought looked green. There are no contaminations or bacterial growths on this grow.

Be sure to lightly mist it every now and then. Remember, evaporating moisture from the surface of the substrate is the number one pinning trigger.
The small white dots sound like primordia, which is a good sign.

Again, that green is a reflection off of the lights on a modem next to the FC. The second picture, is of the exact same spot, and I can assure you, there is no hint of green anywhere on this grow.
