Cobweb Mold going down with 40 count Peroxide

Hi all,
About 8 days ago I made up two B+ trays, both with the same isolate, ratio spawn to bulk was 1:2. The one tray's bulk consists of 60% Rooibos Tea mulch and 40% Vermiculite, the other tray 50% Rooibos Tea mulch, 25% Vermiculite and 25% fresh, spent coffee grinds. Both substrates were pasteurized at 60-70°C (140-158°F) for just over an hour, then cooled naturally, and applied in a still room. Then I covered both trays with Seran wrap and made 3 GE holes in each with a cigarette (Agar-style ) and then covered with Micropore Tape.
The trays were left to incubate at room temperature (currently an average of 79°F). It was good to see how they took off, and to see which substrate will colonize faster, but alas, on day 8 I started noticing the elusive cobweb mold on the surface... Fortunately the trays have been going strong, easily at about 80% colonized now.
Luckily I live in South Africa, and we have access to 40 count hydrogen peroxide so I got some, diluted it 1:4 with water, and sprayed those bastardos last night. Following RR's advice, I sprayed it 8 hours later again, this morning, and I am glad to see that only the mycelium is surviving and holding on. I will spray another, last time tonight, properly "raining" the peroxide mist all over the substrate blocks. Lucky they are also in tinfoil trays, so I can bend the sides down and spray the sides thoroughly too!
Here's a close-up of the two trays before applying hydrogen peroxide

And here are pics after the 1st application of H2O2, where I leave them in my mono-to-be, at and RH of about 80% to allow the surface of the substrate to dry slowly and aide in f*% ing up the cobweb mold. After the 3rd application, can I re-cover the trays with Seran Wrap and make holes covered with Micropore again, to finish up colonization, or can I keep it uncovered in the monotub with a 90% RH and lower the risk of cobweb returning?

Thanks in advance!

I have applied a third "coating" again tonight, 8 hours later, again 1:4 diluted 40 count H2O2. The cobweb looks pretty....absent!
I will take pics tomorrow (24 hours later) to show how the bulk trays of B+ have hopefully recovered again, chilling in my sealed (lidded) monotub.

Here's a pic of the two trays next to each other, after treatment 3 with hydrogen peroxide:

And here's a pic of each trays this morning 8 hours later again, looking pretty strong to me, with white mycelium poking through here and there, making a firm comeback I believe:

I will upload more pics of another day later, if any changes have been happening

Update: It is now over 72 hours after the third and last treatment of H2O2. They seem to be recovering brilliantly. Especially the Rooibos minus coffee grinds one, which is one that looks more colonized. As could be expected, the one with coffee grinds had some trich one the m so I removed it, so let's see how it does. If it colonizes to full soon, then I don't lose a potentially good tray.
