the actual sanskrit meaning is 'action'

'karma yoga' is the yoga of daily life. doing dishes, driving car, etc. every action being dedicated to God.

I don't actually believe in karma, but I definitely believe how well I treat others allows me to treat myself more or less well. Because i'm not like a sociopath.

it has spiritual overtones. it has to do with the fact that our inner minds manifest our outer reality.

no it doesn't
when you strike a match and burn your finger that's cause and effect

when you do something like give a bum a few bux,you shouldn't expect to win the lottery

In cases of social interaction "what goes around comes around" can be a factual statement based on how you interact with other people. But the idea of there being some kind of universal banking system of vibes is ridiculous to me.
