I was so glad that Herschel and Judith died, they need to kill off the weaker characters to stay semi realistic. Ain't no baby and old legless man living through no zombie apocalypse! Also hoping that Carl was the one who vivisected the rat, it'd be tits if his youthful exposure to epic violence develops him into a psychopath of sorts. They could do a spinoff where he and the crazy blond girl are grown up and wreaking havoc Bonnie and Clyde style on teh zombies.

Herschel surviving this long wasn't unrealistic in the slightest considering they lived in the prison and were mostly safe, plus it's not like he hobbles around, him getting killed off fucking SUCKED.

he was the wisest and most reasonable member of the group, not to mention the only doctor.

Would be interesting, but I doubt that is the case... My guess is the rat thing was the fucked up little girl who wants zombies to be her friends... you know who I mean, The girl who one-shotted the lesbian in the brain-pan. Now SHE is most likely candidate for a up and comming psychopath IMO!

Bob was a combat medic, who in this type of situation, may be better equipped to handle the things that they see more commonly.

Sure, he may not know the folk remedies, but if your arm gets blown off he'll be able to fix you up.  Hopefully.

I thought surviving the amputation was unrealistic enough for Herschel. I agree though, he could have survived in the prison for a while, but the prison is fucking boring. Show needs more excitement and less agriculture and bible lessons.

I must admit I like the character progression of Rick through the series, enjoying the show but the past two seasons have been pretty average.

Now, my :twocents: - I've got an itching suspicion about Daryl... the way they just cut away, we never saw definitively whether or not he was bit, so perhaps it would explain his fearless rampage against the tank.

I thought he killed the zombie that was about to get him then used it as a zombie shield as he charged the tank

They can't kill off Daryl, he's the best character
