My first bulk grow log. Harvest pics and ideas for the future?

Hello friends, it is my delight to write up my first grow bulk grow log for you guys to follow and help with input (=
First, I've done a lot of research, mainly following frank's teks because they're proven and have a high success rate.
Thank you to those TC's who have helped lead me to where I am today with my interests in mycology. Frank, NAH, TL, RR <3
I had great success with my very first grow of pf cakes, no pre-flush contams, lots of fruit! So I decided to go with tubs to increase my love with mushrooms haha.
Anyways...I spawned 6 qts wbs spawn to 10 qts coir/verm on 11/19, coming up on 2 weeks for my very first tub. Initially I didn't think it would do well as this was my first fully colonized spawn and long story short I shook the jars too much. Therefor I expected weaker myc, and it has shown to be that way so far.
 with flash
 Without flash

Growth seemed to halt after 4 days of colonizing so by day 10 and it looked about the same on top and bottom as on day 4... I decided to give it a little fanning, took off the lid and did a small fanning and it has been replaced and left on since. Hopefully it wont contam from that being as this myc is slow..and my sub may have been a little over-saturated (1 brick 2 qts verm, handful of gypsum with 5 not-so full qts of water) It felt field capacity to me.
As for upcoming tubs, I knocked up 7 qts wbs a few weeks ago, 3 of them for some reason have little to no signs of growth :/ and the other 4 are nearly fully colonized. So planning ahead, I've got 7 more qts ready for G2G on Wednesday and I'm prepping another 7qts now to pc Wednesday and G2g Thursday with the biggest jar I have... hopefully stretching 1 jar to 14.
This white just looks kinda whispy, after no signs of germination I shook the nothing jars hoping to start something, all the jars were inoculated same time...

I have really great sterile technique imo, and am a clean freak in general, but I do live in a shitty old moldy house so with my low experience on contams I'm not sure what will happen...which is why I have you guys
I also just went ahead and purchased about everything I need for agar work besides the agar itself, which is your preference?? I am just seriously over inoculating jars with MS and hoping that the syringes I made are good, and the prints I made were good...I just wanna eliminate the crapshoot and move on to the success, because that's what I strive for.
I've gone ahead and purchased the following to help in bulk (: 20 large grow bags 5 micron Scalpel with 10 blades 3 LC lids 2 LC 3.5 inch needles 2 60 cc syringes Parafilm 30 disposable petris 100x15 50 29mm SFD's 30 Self healing injector ports 5 pairs tyvek sleeves Sterile cotton swabs (I was thinking print to agar, would this work?)
Anyhow feedback will be greatly appreciated, please let me know what you think I should do for upcoming projects aswell:)

Everything looks fine to me. If you opened the tote & fanned, I'd put it into fruiting. At times, coir+verm doesn't appear to be fully colonized to bright white, but it is.
As far as agar goes, I buy mine off amazon. Something like $20 for 2 lbs. of agar-agar already dried and crumbled. Inoculate it using a print and an inoculation loop, no need for the Q-tips. Inoculation loops are extremely easy to make on your own. Just a paper clip, some tape & some really thin wire.

Wonderful thank you much TL, I couldn't tell if it was fully colonized or not. I'll put it into fruiting conditions now

^^fully colonized. It's just coir+verm for some reason doesn't get that nice full bright white.

Mine still doesn't look that great. I think my grains are just weakened due to me shaking the spawn to see if it'd recover, and thought it was a good idea to do it again so it wouldnt clump up, when I shoulda just shaken once and left it alone...like I've done with my most recent jars.
Hopefully fruiting conditions will help out this tub. If not, hopefully my G2G jars that happen tomorrow will colonize quickly and I can spawn my other 2 already made monos.
I'll have 2 qts spawn left over, should I go to wally and look for another smaller mono? What size would be good to use for 2qts spawn and maybe 4 qts of bulk sub?

Just G2G'ed 2 quarts to 14. Dropped one of the lids on accident so expecting that one to contam... Also my packages came in so I'll be replacing all my tyvek with SFD's, and put in real injection ports, may need to get more wide mouth lids..
My other 2 strong jars should be done tomorrow or Saturday, and I made 2 bucket FC's for those jars, possibly spawn them tomorrow if these jars finish up.
Last thing on my plate is to buy some agar...which stuff would be the best? I've got money.. Anyhow off to work, leave me shit
Will post pics later tonight.

I'm pretty sure the point is that it is a one time cost. If you want cheap, but have to re-purchase the agar, just buy a smaller denomination of agar.

Well after looking around and finding some decent deals from sponsors...I ended up just using amazon because their shipping costs are so much cheaper, and the few other supplies I needed were around the same price anyhow so I got a couple extra things and still paid less!
Can't wait to begin my agar work!
Anyways a little update, yesterday I took my last 2 100% jars and spawned each to 4 qts of coir/verm in 5 gallon buckets. I ended up duct taping the bottom holes, micropore tape on the top holes, and have some clear plastic tied pretty tight over the top. Good for colonization?
The next best thing is I woke up this morning and saw my first pin in my tub! I pretty much gave up on the tub and figured I wouldnt get anything, but patience is paying itself off(: Just hope to see more pins come in soon too! Misted the sides of the tub and turned it yesterday aswell, didnt seem to have as much condensation as I'd like..
Here's a few pics of the things I use, oh TL I found that strainer finally at wally world too, they must have been out of stock the first time -.-
There's another row of jars behind those as well, I've 17 qts total colonizing right now.

Tub pics:

My SAB, fits perfectly in my tiny closet which I do all my work in.

I was pasteurizing some sub here, that cheap presto 23 qt doing the trick! Plus my stock pot I soak my wbs in (:

Yeah man, that looks great in your last pic.
If it's exploding with pins, take close note of your polyfill, fan placement and speed, room temp, location of the tubs, etc.
This is how you start getting those tubs dialed in right

If anyone cares to see my crazy pics haha. Definitely a learning experience on this tub, lots of bottom and side pins, will definitely be finding some liners, any ideas on where? I got about 4.5 zips dry and then trying to get the sub back in and it broke quite a bit...so I just trashed it :/ spawning 2 more tubs tomorrow and putting my 2 buckets into fruiting conditions. Probably making 2 more buckets too with all the jars I have fully colonized...that G2G
