Too much humidity ??
    #19219136 - 12/02/13 08:00 PM (10 years, 1 month ago)

Hey guys I am just wondering if the discoloration on my stems is a result of high humidity.

I posted this in the contam forum but I think it might be a result of my growing chamber I don't know if someone could take a look and confirm they are healthy fruits it would put my mind at ease.

Looks dry, but not unhealthy, are they still growing?

I thought that imgur would just put it as an image in the message board. My bad I understand the paranoia of a link.

Still growing, just was concerned about the stem's color. Researching contams and I haven't really seen anything about stem discoloration to a brownish color. Any idea why this is?

Those pics are much better and easier to see  .....the stems looked like they were dry in the first pic but if they're fuzzy (myc growing on the stem) you need to fan more and mist a little less as has been stated.

They're too wet.

Hydroton with a bubbler can get you in trouble if the bubbles are splashing above the hydroton and getting the cakes wet.  Make sure that isn't happening and cut down on misting.  As already said, fan it out more or drill some holes for fresh air.
