I'm gonna make some jalapeno popper grilled cheese later. I might throw in some bacon, IDK. I'll let you know how they are

Oh yeah grilled cheese with jelly any jelly and almost any cheese works try your favorites mix it up sky's the limit! If you wanna get super fancy try buttering the outside of the bread and sprinkling on grated parmesan cheese to make a parmesan coating and then grill really carefully like a normal grilled cheese. If you do it right you get this nice crunchy parmesan crust on the sandwich. Pretty fancy shit.

You guys are getting too fancy. I just butter the sides of bread that will be on the grill. Put a slice of american cheese between the pieces, and BAM. I love to add JalapeƱo, and ham though. makes it 10x better.

Made another good one today.
President's brie and smoked Gruyere cheese with chopped green onion and sliced tomato. Rather than using normal butter on the outside I used a rosemary, thyme and butter mix. Oh and it was on sourdough bread.
