WBS jars not colonizing

This is my first attaempt. I used Frank's WBS tek and used spore syringes with self healing lids with tyvek for gas exchange.
The jars are in a closet and the temp stays between 70-72 in there. I know thats a little cold but still thought they would grow.
I did the jars in 2 batches since my pressure cooker cant hold 10 jars. So I had 2 attempts to get everything right (moisture content, etc.), but I did use the same syringe for all 10.
None of the jars are showing any growth (no contamination either), I am thinking that I need to start over. Do I need to dump the jars and completely start over? Can I just re-inject them with a different syringe (I have 3 left)?
Just looking for some guidance.
Thanks!

Inoculating grain with spore solution can take awhile to show signs of growth.
I've seen growth within 3 or 4 days, and then other times I have seen it take almost 2 weeks for the first patch of fuzz to show up.
Let us know!

Yes, it was cubes And it has been a good 3-4 weeks.
Do I need to just toss these seeds and start all over?
I dont have enough jars to do another batch while I keep the current ones and hope for something to grow
EDIT: I took all 10 of the jars out of the closet to examine them all closely. The last jar has some very small evidence of growth (2 or 3 small points of white fuzz)
So should I wait it out even though it has been about a month? Did i get a bad syringe?
Thanks for the help

If it's been 3 to 4 weeks then I would start over.
Buy more jars. You can never have enough jars

Did you soak your grains before PCing them? Sounds like possible bacterial contam, or even grains that were just improperly dried. Look on the bottom of the jars to see if it looks wet or slimy, or if there's water pooling in the bottom. There's the possibility of a bum syringe. I'd open it up and sniff it. If it smells like barf, nasty socks, or rotten fruit...or anything, really, besides grain or mushrooms--it's bacterial contam. You should toss it anyway at this point. Bummer.
72 is a fine temp for colonization, btw.

Sounds like your syringe was clean but also devoid of viable spores. How long since inoculation?
Try again. If there is zero growth, you can re-PC them. I always just start over though.
Pics?
