yes. I used to have a poke tek up. but I replaced it with the blenderless LI tek in my sig cause its superior.

I like them because they're cheap, durable, and have good visibility. I also prefer twist top no-pour because you don't have to mod them, just leave the lid a quarter turn loose when you PC. NOTHING against modded pasty plates though, just preference.

Do not use red dye it contains Red 3 which is fungicidal user D3monic ran experiment on this recently posted the results

What’s the best way to incubate these? 60F room better than in 75F incubator? Do you cover them in anything or just keep in a clean box?

do ya seal the bags or just loosely shut them? if sealed, they get enough GE?

as soon as im done my work in SAB i add another layer of MP tape, then I put them in ziploc bag and yes, seal it, they will get enough GE. i wondered and asked the same question here when i started. its fine. only thing i dont like is they dont stack as well on my shelf with the bag

Sorry, dumb question- but those work for this no pour tek and can be PCed right?

Yes I use them for no-pour agar. Leave them a quarter turn loose when PC'ing for 45min @ 15psi. I make a layer of them in the PC, put a sheet of foil on top, and repeat. I notice my dishes at the top have the most condensation in them, but its never been a problem just sucks for visibility sometimes.

Anywhere you have room. I keep mine on a shelf so I can check them every couple days. I've kept them in boxes stacked when I had less room
