You may as well transfer each of them to a new dish, and then use the rest of it to either make separate LIs or just inoculate grain with wedges. Watch it all closely, of course.
Put them all to grain though, why not? If it turns out clean I bet you'll be 10x more confident next time you have a plate that looks like that after being inoculated with a liquid.

Yeah, I'll do something with the clean looking ones. I probably won't make transfers because I have so much of that LC already and I want to start messing with other strains. Plus I can bring them back with tissue from the fruits they'll produce. Thanks, iNoc.

So I decided to make some fresh agar on Tuesday and then PC'd it that night.
Today I decided to play around a bit more. So I took the one BRF cake I had which had some contams near the bottom which the myc had grown over and I opened it, scraped away the verm layer and then got some myc from the top on the opposite side of where the contam was and then dropped a piece into two agar plates.
So lets see what happens and how clean it turns out. So far I have had nothing but a bit of contams grow on agar. That was when I scraped some gills from dry shrooms I got from someone to see whether anything might grow.
I then dropped some water from a MS syringe on a third agar plate to see if maybe this time I shall get lucky enough to have something grow there.
So lets see what happens, I am starting to wonder whether I am making my agar right. Perhaps too thick and jelly like?
Fingers crossed I can get some myc growing on the agar this time!! Getting a bit worried whether I will be able to get some myc growing on new agar plates when I receive some more prints which have been mailed.

How long is mycelium still viable once it's leeched all the color out of an agar plate? Say for instance it's stored at room temperature and it leeched all the color out of the agar a week to two weeks ago. If I were to make an LI out of the dish would it take off if put to grains? Am I correct in assuming that it would remain viable until the agar completely dries out?
I could easily do transfers to test this but I just made grain jars I'm planning to inoculate today and I've got plates like that I'm considering using for them so I thought I'd ask before committing.

Not sure if this helps but I had some LCs I left at room temperature for over a month once I'd extracted a little bit up. They never recovered, just kind of floated there separately.
I must have done these back in September or very early Novemeber. I just sucked them up into my syringe and shot them onto grains and jars and they picked up right where they left off so I think you're good.

Awesome, thanks for the quick response. That alleviates some worry about potentially wasting 20 oat jars that took 3 days to prep.

The myc in my first plate has fully colonized the surface of the agar, I know I should have started transfers already but life has been busy. Is it safe to transfer from the sides? Should I take sections closer to the center or even the original tissue sample I started with and transfer that to new plates? I'm wanting to amass enough myc to colonize 9 jars for Muda's Bottle Tek, any suggestions would be much appreciated my friends.

If your plan was to make LI with it then use the whole plate. If you were going to transfer it then take from the edge.

Thanks, yeah I'm wanting to make a liquid inoculate but I don't think one plate will be enough for 9 quarts so I want to transfer tissue from this plate to others. Guessing you take from the edge cause it's where the fastest growth is occurring?

A single plate will easily make enough for 9 quarts. Not long ago I did a single plate LI with a 12cc syringe and inoculated 10 quarts with it with some LI to spare. Shook the hell out of the grain jars right after inoculation and they were ready for a second shake within a week. After the second shake they were fully colonized within 3-5 days.
Definitely do a transfer though if you don't have any other plates of it. It's always nice to have some backups in case of contam issues.

just one or two drops should be fine I would think. Just add color until it's the color you want.

I do 21 plates every time I make them and I used 2 drops of blue the first few times but didn't think it was a deep enough blue so I moved to 3. I've stuck with 3 since then and it works well.
