Lionfish? or Mushroom?
This was one of the hundreds of Russula looking things that were split on the gills, and blackened by some sort of parasite etc.


This resembled some examples Fomitopsis officionalis in "Mycelium Running".... I wonder

I don't find things..... well, we did find a bear that one time
Annnd then twenty minutes later someone took a shot at us.
Needless to say, I wear a lil orange in the woods now and we carry bear mace.
