Agaricus ?

I've been finding these all over lately, the cap is all white, the stem has a ring around it and the gills are pink, I found younger ones and the gills are kind of covered and grey. This is one of the bigger ones I've seen

Yes, an Agaricus species. With this genus it is important to take note of bruising and smell when trying to identify to species. Check the base in particular for color changes when you cut it if your curious to know more.

With this genus there are a few steps you can immediately take when you have found one to get a better picture of it's identity.
1. Pick the mushroom and pinch the base so that it breaks and give it a few good sniffs. You can determine many edible from non-edible agaricus from it's smell alone. If you smell, what to me smells like a urinal cake, or a pheonolic scent then you have found an inedible Agaricus.
If you smell a "regular" mushroomy smell or an almond smell you have likely found an edible species of Agaricus.
2. Does the flesh stain to a bright yellow color on parts of the mushroom? I like to check 3 places. The pileus(top of the cap), the middle of the stipe or stem, and the base of the stipe or stem.
If it stains readily yellow it is probably a toxic species.

Well there didn't seem to be any yellowing, the one if the picture had like a crater on the it's cap for some reason, and it's been pulled out some days ago it seems so the gills are all black it's very mushy. I went to look for another one and the cap just came off when I went to pick it and it was like orange and gross inside, was there something wrong with that one ?

Sounds like a red-staining Agaricus.
Any pictures?

Yellow is not neccessarily a bad thing . Some great edible Agaricus like A augustus, A micromegthus and A arvensis bruise yellow. But some toxic ones do also like A hondensis or A praeclaresquamosis.
So there is more to it then just bruising. Like Ganzig said though, smell is really helpful with Agaricus ID. Some smell like sweet almonds or anise and those are ALL edible regardless of bruising color. Other edible ones just smell mushroomy like a button mushroom.
But most , maybe all I am not 100% ,the poisonous ones smell like chemicals, some say like ink but I smell something like diesel. Non will kill you they will make you sick.

All the poisonous ones have the potential to smell "phenolic" (the technical term for that chemical smell, though I've never smelled phenol myself for comparison), but sometimes in some of these species (such as Agaricus californicus) the odor is weak until the mushroom is cooked. To make it worse, sometimes this species doesn't stain yellow unless you test it with lye.
Red-staining Agaricus will be safe to eat, though.

Not ALL red stainers are safe.

Do you know which are not? I am not certain about either of your claims but I have heard the first one before.

I am totally certain about my claim that A. californicus is a sneaky fucker. As for red-staining (and all non-yellow-staining non-phenol-smelling) Agaricus being safe, that's from Mushrooms Demystified and I guess should not be applied outside North America.

Off the top of my head I know A praeclaresquamosis bruises red as well as sometimes yellow at the base.
