Probably lipstick mold, that and the verm are the only identifiable things in that picture. What in hells name is the rest of that shit?

I agree with JamesSpawned. Contaminated with what's commonly known as lipstick mold. Same question arises, "what in hells name is the rest of that shit?"

My friend used white rice flour verm and sterilised water made three tins worth,

2 were inoculated with B+. These were fine.

This 1 was inoculated with a Golden teacher syringe,

So i take it that either the syringe was contam or maybe the air got to that one.

Well when I say sterilized I mean we distil and filter we make up a lot of filtered distilled water in advance and pressure cook a metal jug, store in a refrigerator. I have however been considering water purification tablets but am not sure if that would damage the spores when they try to grow.

Will upload some pics of the process we use for the water when I have time to take pics.

If I'm not mistaken you got it all wrong ... You have to sterilize the substrate mix, not just the water. Means, you have to 1) mix water, brf and vermiculite, 2) put the mixture inside a jar, 3) close it and 4) then sterilize the jar with the substrate by PCing it for 45 minutes. Then 5) you let the jars cool down and 6) inoculate the jars.

It sounds like what you did was 1) use PC'ed distilled water, 2) mixed the substrate and 3) then inoculate. Read PF tek and follow it to the letter !

Up your time to at least 60 mins.  I go 90 with my stuff.  Thats the recommended right?
