Panaeolopsis? , southern california finds, ID please

First time hunting for mushrooms having a lot of fun:cool: possible panaeolopsis
Habitat:
1 and 2. Grew out of soil, past few days have been rainy and in the low 70's.  Could not get a habitat photo.  live about 2 miles from ocean, moist and overcast the last few days

Gills:
1. gills not attached, black
2. gills not attached to stem,  whitish on one smaller cap and black on larger caps

Stem:
1. thin, solid, ~1inch long
2. around a half centimeter, solid, ~3incheslong 

Cap:
1.beige and golden at the tip, cylindrical , slightly frayed edges, 1cm to an inch
2.beige slightly frayed, striated, slimy after being rained on
Spore print color:
waiting for prints

Bruising:
none

Other information: All mushrooms found growing in bunches and all within a 6ft circumference from each other.

They are both coprinoid species.  Most likely Coprinellus.

I picked some of those in SoCal and, before I could even get a spore print, the gills had turned to really nasty black liquid.  I also concluded that they were Corprinellus.  Yuck!  They were cool though and they have been growing in one spot in my apartment complex off and on for years.  Mushroom hunting is fun, even in SoCal.
