ID help for mushrooms in redwood stump

Habitat: Redwood forest-- decaying redwood stump. Growing within hollow top of stump.
Gills: Gills present and run down stalk.
Cap: Yellowy-green in color. Rounded concave cap but not symmetrical.
Found in the SF Bay Area (East Bay) of CA in Redwood Regional Park at 4:40pm, November 29th.

Although... the only thing that is not sitting well with me is that the gills kinda ran down the stalk a bit and all the Sulfur Tuft pics I've seen don't have that. Any thoughts on that?

Sometimes H. fasciculare gills can look a bit subdecurrent as seen in this photo below.

Also its pretty much the only mushroom that is that color, within reason of course.
