    #1920521 - 09/16/03 04:20 AM (13 years, 2 months ago)

Well I have decided to try and use the alien substrate. It seems like ti would work well from what I have read my only problem so far is I do not have finch seed. First off what exact finch seed should you use? Is finch seed just the seed mixs sold as finch seed at bird feeder stores? If someone could let me know or somehting that may go well with the alien substrate besides finch seed? Any help woul dbe great.

Thanks

finch seed is also known as Niger thistle. hope the info gets your seed. Myself i use regular wild bird food with the least sunflowers...usually cheaper too.
