So I know that everyone will probably say be patient but im struggling. Lol been in the fruiting chamber over two weeks and I haven't seen any growth they look and smell healthy but no pins yet is it because my room is to cold or will that just slow down growth? Two of the cakes are slightly blue thanks for any help

That's one damn blurry pic!
Have you elevated your chamber to let air in through the bottom holes? How often do you fan and mist, and how cold exactly is "cold"?
Hope it works out for ya, you seem to have done everything right now

Did you dunk and roll? Are you misting lightly till the cakes glisten and fanning regularly? And is the fc elevated and I'm assuming you did put holes on all six sides?

did you consolidate for awhile after 100% ?. if not... probably the problem. its sitting in the sgfc consolidating, before fruiting...gl

Sounds pretty cold. Maybe have another look at the tub in tub fruiting chamber. Mine is on its third flush now, perfect humidity and no FAE problems with an air pump and occasional fanning.

I waited a week or two after the outside was covered I think heating the fc might have to be the way. Mushroom just wondering are you saying that u use a tub in tub fc if so how did u set it up exactly? Perlite in the bottom of the tub air pump? For fae? Holes in the lid? Thanks

I built a Poor Man's Pod (PMP) from a 40 Litre plastic box which sits inside an identical box which is full of water and a 100 Watt Hidom fish tank heater.
Inside the PMP I placed 10 litres (about 4 inches in my box) of clay pellets used for hydroponics (these are called many things... LECA, Hydrotron, Geolite). These need to be washed really well as they give off lots of dust.
Under the pellets I have two 8 inch long air stones for a fish tank. These make the air from the air pump form lots of tiny bubbles which help with the humidification.
Most of the criticism of PMP's is that they don't get enough FAE so you need to buy a decent sized air pump. I used a Hidom HD-604 which is cheap (£14 inc. delivery) and gives 5.4 litres per minute. This is plenty for my little PMP but you may need bigger.
Check out Magash's thread on PMP's as he seems to be the main guru on this type of grow.
Finally some pics to prove it works
Third Flush for this cake

Second Flush for this cake

They are on their third flush and I'm still getting pretty meaty shrooms

Oh I also didn't put any holes in the lid as its not a perfect seal, but to encourage pinning I sprayed, fanned and left the lid off for an hour each day to encourage pinning through evaporation.

Good. I was recommend that. I do that a couple times a day as soon as they start to pin to encourage evaporation. All our tubs have imperfect seals. You should still have holes in all 6 sides.

Haha yeah the "shotgun fruiting is better" comments always come up but you can't heat them. For small grows where heating the room isn't feasible this works perfectly.

Sorry I was talking about the OP's SGFC. Obviously your pmp doesn't need holes in all 6 sides. I've used pmp's myself. That's what I started with - with coir/verm/WBS in small trays in multiple small pmp's. I'm not here to knock them. Just commenting on his SGFC.
