Hurt shrooms

Okay, one of the cakes started flushing but I moved it and two other cakes to a closed lid trashcan because I would need to leave my dormroom all week. It dropped during the trip when I braked hard and all the cakes spilled out to the floor. Now it's turning dark and has folded inward. I'm not entirely too sure if it's just bruised or if it's dying.
Should I harvest it?

I imagine you would have to really batter a cake to kill it completely.. you orobably just bruised it real bad? What does it look like, is it just dark blue in some spots? When i was a total noob back in 2003 i dropped a cake on the floor that had 1/2" -1" pins on it.. several hit the floor andnwere only hanging on by a thread..but still grew to mature shrooms! This doesnt neccasarily mean yours is fine, id need more details to give an honest opinion, but i can say fully colonized-consolidated cakes can be very forgiving to noobs and dropping it would not likely kill all of the mycelium colonizing your cakes substrate!

Also, if you need to be away from your cakes for a couple days, putting em in a closed container with no air flow wont help em.. they would be better off left in a shotgun fruiting chamber if you jave to be away a day or two.. that way they can still get some FAE while your gone..

Sorry, but there's not much we'll be able to tell you from a picture like that. Do you think you can get some more light on it?

It's not blue at all, it's just been a dark brown for the past two days (I dropped it on Tuesday). Alright, I'll assume it's just bruising, the drop was hardly a foot anyway.
I usually don't use a closed lid but I'm just being cautious at home. I'll rip that thing off and let it air out for the remainder of the vacation.
I'm using an old cell phone so I think that's as good as the quality will get. Here's one at an angle though in direct light.
