One of my pecs has been twitching since I woke up

It's getting really annoying. I get little twitches occasionally, but this is the entire chest muscle on one side. It is annoying and I probably look like a douche. It's been doing this for 3 hours now.
Anyone know how to make it stop?

I'm not sure how that video is supposed to help. Interesting none the less.
It is still happening. Though, it hasn't been continuous like before. And I think I am somewhat dehydrated.

slept wrong? you probably have a muscle spasm/knot,
i would take a hot shower and massage it if its Not sore.
if it is sore, lightly ice it, for a day or two, n then take a hot shower, message, light stretch

I dunno but my dad's face and muscles twitch a lot and I just now realized that I don't even notice it anymore.
I was a dick to him about it when I was a kid and he'd get pissed off. I'm going to go see later and find out if he still does it.

It's stopped now. I get these twitches — technically called fasciculations—from time to time. I noticed in the wiki article that Benadryl can cause them and I have taken a couple doses in the past day due to an allergic reaction to dust from renovations.

Injury to the pectoralis major tendon is relatively uncommon, but can result in significant disability in athletes.
The pectoralis major is a powerful chest muscle that causes the arm to rotate inward and move closer to the body. It can also help move the arm forward or backward. The muscle originates from two points: the sternum (breastbone) and the clavicle (collarbone). These two sections of the muscle come together into the pectoralis major tendon, which is attached to the humerus bone of the upper arm, near the biceps tendon.
