Innocent(ish) compliments 1

I hate that we live in a world where saying nice things to the opposite gender is often viewed as creepy or inappropriate. I work with a few girls that I have almost blurted out saying nice things to, and when I control myself I feel almost angry that I am forced to control these words because a few rapist creepers ruined it for everyone.
Like there is one girl I work with who's eyes (for me) are almost disarming they are so beautiful. When I talk to her, most of the time I'm just thinking "I'm glad you are talking to me so my looking at your eyes is normal and not creepy." Hell, Id like women to compliment me randomly if they felt the desire. I had a gay guy compliment me once and it didn't feel weird or anything, I just said "Thank you!" and felt pretty good for a few minutes and that was the end of it.
And I really like giving out compliments. That like second of "Wait what?" then "Oh wow, somebody noticed!" look on a girls face is fucking great! I once had this forty-something black woman come into my workplace with these ass-long beautiful dreads, and she looked fucking miserable. Her face was like grumpy squared, but I just felt the need to tell her that her hair was beautiful, and for one second there was legitimate joy on her face. Granted, in the next second it was back to grump, but still, just by saying words that were true I made a second of somebody's life better.
Can we just start beating real creepy people up randomly so I can have my compliments?

Compliment all you want, man, there's no harm in it. The problem is with the people who think it's creepy; not with the people who give and receive these compliments and who are fine with it.

Just be confident that you aren't a creep and chances are it won't appear that way. Genuine intentions have a way of shining through, I think.
