What is the oral dose suppose to be for cbd's. Serving size is 1ml. cbg-a: 0.06mg
cbg: 0.02mg
thc-a: 0.31mg
thc: 0.17
cbd-a: 0.28mg
cbd: 0.03mg
cbn: 0.01mg
cbc: <0.01mg
Anyhow just thought these numbers sounded low. What is a recommended effective dose on these? I would have asked the people in the shop but they didn't seem to knowledgeable.

It is somewhat low, but depending on how many servings you have you should be fine. What we're looking at is 0.28mg of CBD and 0.31mg of thc-a which is rather high for a CBD dom.
Start out with 1 serving, wait 2 hours, take another serving if you're not feeling relief should be fine depending on your tolerance. Have you ever used CBD before?

Next time try to find someone with much less thc, I myself use marijuana which is tested @ 12% CBD and 0.38% THC works perfectly, unless you want to get high @ the same time it's not worth it

I have not used CBD's before. Wanted to try the CBD bud but not a lot of places have that. Thank you for the information, i googled it at first and read something about it being effective at the 500mg range and i knew that couldn't be right.

Has anyone tried CBD from the hemp plant? Its actually legal in all 50 states. You can get it in different forms, chewable's, tinctures, and in a cartridge for vaping using a e-cig like device.
I am wondering if it would be effective for easing inflammation.

Yeh, I knew it wasn't psychoactive.
I was kind of wondering if it would be able to relax your muscles similar to how cannabis can.

Apparantly the myrcene in cannabis is also responsible for that.
Myrcene is a recognized sedative as part of hops preparations (Humulus lupulus), employed to aid sleep in Germany (Bisset and Wichtl, 2004). Furthermore, myrcene acted as a muscle relaxant in mice, and potentiated barbiturate sleep time at high doses (do Vale et al., 2002). Together, these data would support the hypothesis that myrcene is a prominent sedative terpenoid in cannabis, and combined with THC, may produce the ‘couch-lock’ phenomenon of certain chemotypes that is alternatively decried or appreciated by recreational cannabis consumers.
