Is this jar ruined? Contamination or just metabolites?

This literally looks like piss.
The jar has been sitting on a heating mat that got a little too hot.
all the other jars inoculated in the same way do not have this condition.
it was inoculated with g2g on 11/11

To me, it looks like myc piss.. a trusted cultivator could explain the cause better than i, but myc piss often occurs in kars that jave been.sittong while.. and if its myc piss it aint hurting anything..

Get your jars off of that mat! Heat the room, not the jars, or fruiting chamber.
If you're comfortable in the room, so are they.

Heating pads are really a bad idea dude.. i wouldnt use em unless you have no main heat source in your house.. and even then they may cause jars to become too hot.. i still think it looks like mycelium piss though...

Looks like metabolites (myc piss as it is crudely and incorrectly referred too).
Metabolites are actually antibacterial excretions put off by the myc for many reasons, but none ideal lol. Contam, heat, etc.
Only spot i am not sure on is the bottom of the pic on the ridge of side/bottom of the jar slightly left. Cant tell if thats green I see.
Oh wait I see the second pic now.. Sorry dude that looks like a mix of bacterial contamination and metabolites together. Im just a newb though lol. You can watch to make sure though. Give it time and you will be able to tell 100% yourself .

Not sure where you're getting that from, but there is no green whatsoever in my jars.
I did this infront of a laminar flowhood, and all the rest seem just fine.
They've only been colonizing since 11/11, and i can't heat the room, as a space heater would drive up my hydro bill through the roof.
It's not uncomfortable to be in, but the room is a basement, and it is about 10 degrees colder there.
to my knowledge that should only slow colonization, not stop it. I'll be spawning to monotubs though, and those create their own heat anywys, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
..... should it?
Would appreciate input from anyone experienced.

the liquid looked green tinged to me. If its not than sorry to misspeak. And indeed if it isnt than its just metabolites most likely in response to the heating mat.
There are ofcourse extremes in temp that the mycellium can handle before stalling/dying but generally speaking yes, a cooler room will just slow it down. Aslong as its close to room temp your fine.
Its the colonization that creates heat, wether in grain jars or monotubs or whatnot.
Anyways. Sorry again if that isnt green . And good colonization rate it seems for nocing on 11/11 and being in slightly low temps
