Is that an indoor cactus or does it get placed outside during summer?

Your cactus is fine.

It seems sun is burn the skin of cactus or something.

I would not afraid of that on at cactus even it look bad.

There's many reason why skin turns corky at cactus, sometimes old black ooze area left that kind of skin. It will not heal but I think it will not get worse either.

Would be help more to help you you tell more about details of growth conditions. Soil, amount of light, possible direct pesticides used etc etc... Also information about when that area has appeared and does it has come to shady or bright side of plant.

Growth tip looks perfect so I would not worry at all, your cactus are okey if it's firm and good.

If these areas spread your plant can rot from inside out.. I have seen cactus forms similar corky skin when it's rotting or have mold infection inside but that point they are also not so firm when touch.
