I work at a pizza place and they give us a free small pizza for every shift so I've been stretching the dough out for a thin crust and laying down thick rolls of cheese around the crust, rolling the dough over for a stuffed crust and then laying down 2-3 layers of pineapple.  It's so dank.

Soon I plan on bringing in coconut chunks, curry powder, and basil and making a coconut curry pizza.

Dood. I think you just inspired me enough to order pizza on Thanksgiving.

Or is it even open!? :sonofawebitch:

haha I doubt you'd find one open.  Atleast not a delicious local place.

You can order one tomorrow and help flood the employees with more work.  We already have 155 pre-ordered pizzas for tomorrow.  Plus all the other customers.  It's gonna suck.

There are tons of cool pizza recipes online.  I'd recommend some kind of non-gluten crust made from almond flour or something.  and then you could maybe wing it and add a bunch of delicious stuff.  Or find a recipe.

This does not happen to me. As soon as i hop out of the shower, I start preparing my oatmeal.

I may have gaps between breakfast and lunch, but have been making oatmeal cookies (oatmeal and peanut butter, hemp protein) and coconut date balls which really pack a punch. Add in an apple and I am good until 2pm, when i come home and eat a couple eggs.

From here I am mostly likely good until dinner at 5-630pm (depending on the day of the week.)

I can't conceive "forgetting to eat."

I will try some of this.

I used to do similar things but I never tried the oatmeal cookies though. They sound good.

You can actually make a decent-but-not-a-true-cookie oatmeal cookie just by mashing 2 bananas with 2 cups of oatmeal and adding a couple tbsp of agave or honey (or sweetener of choice,) and baking at 300F for 20 minutes.

I add chocolate chips and/or raisins but other minor additions are not a problem either as long as they don't change the consistency too much. It has a slightly different texture - but it's surprisingly edible, filling, easy.

The date balls are: roughly 2:1 medjool dates to shredded coconut and a tiny splash of vanilla extract.

Toss ingredients in blender and blend on slow/medium until diced fairly small. Roll ingredients into small balls. (There are a million variations on this recipe, you can add seeds, nuts, orange/fruit, etc.)

These are super good - like a homemade lara bar, but way better. Combined with an oatmeal cookie and you've got slow burning carbs from the oatmeal and a fast sugar rush from the dates and it can really satiate me for a good 3-5 hours.

I am just starting to step into the realm of healthy snacks - granola and granola bars are next.

As i've said before, it's all about preparing ahead.

Goodluck to you.

If you forget to eat - why don't you set yourself a reminder on your phone?

Ik how you feel man.
I get up, shower, then go back into my room and derp around in my music studio all day.
The only reason I ever remember to eat a decent meal is because my roomies cut the circuit breaker to my room.

Doesn't hel p that I have marfans and possibly crohns.

:lolsy:

Just laughing at the circuit breaker thing. that's intense. I know what you mean about music. I used to create music with Reason 1.0 and I would spend days making music all while my stomach was screaming at me.
