Can someone analyze my diet and give me tips?

So here's my almost daily diet. I am guilty of eating pretty much the sam thing everyday
- 3 eggs for breakfast with a little bit of miracle whip for the taste.
- 300g of pasta with a sauce I make myself which includes, half a bell pepper, half an avocado, a tomato, a piece of garlic, 2 green onions, 3 pieces of broccoli, a third of a can of black beans, hot sauce, dill weed, basil, parsley, a spice called garlic plus. I toss it all in the blender and I have my sauce. It makes a huge bowl so I normally have some left for dinner.
- I snack on almonds, cabbage and I eat a spoonful of whats left in the can of black bean here and there.
- One cup a green tea and one cup of coffee
- 2 cans of Pepsi (yes I know, I shouldn't)
That's pretty much it...
I eat that like 5 days a week... It's easy to make and I love the taste.
What should I add to this? I'm normally full all day, I never get hungry due to the beans and avocado (these things will make you feel full for a long time).
It's a dirt chead diet too. 20$ of groceries, and I'm good for a week.
So Tips on making it better?

Idk maybe add some fruits in there, maybe get a little variety of protein instead of just beans and eggs. Overall not too bad though

Eating for the sake of being healthy then it honestly looks great. Your getting your good fats in you (heart health) youd also be surprised how healthy egg yolk is for you. Eat eggs and youll never need a multi vitamin. Only thing I'd cut is the pepsi but even then thats not bad.
Maybe add some quinoa? Great source of slow digesting carbs and highest protein content of any grain.

Club soda is good if you want something carbonated without all the sugar. I think it's got a fair amount of sodium though.

Soda is fucking horrible for you. 50+ g of sugar per can plus tons of other crap. Yuck. I've never liked it.
Drop the soda, and start eating some fruit. Maybe some chicken too instead if always having pasta sauce.

Oh yea, it's a lot worse for you than most people think. With your high fructose corn syrups and your red dye 40s etc etc...(which all can lead to serious health problems, physical and mental) Not to mention you got all that sodium like psi says, which will eventually lead to kidney stones.
There is exactly 0 advantages to drinking soda and a huge list of disadvantages. Honestly drinking 2 beers a day would be less detrimental to your health. It might actually do you good, 1 wheat beer a day is comparable to drinking a glass of milk.

What common food or drink item could possibly be worse? Drinking a soda is basically like eating an extremely processed piece of candy. Only difference is people don't tend to eat candy multiple times throughout the day like they drink soda.

You don't need to get rid of anything, you just need to limit intake of it. You can drink soda, eat miracle whip, drink grease as long as you're not getting too much too often.
But drinking lots of water, adding in as many fruits/veggies as you can is always a good idea and after a short time of doing this you'll really notice a change.
'Bad food' doesn't exist. Some foods are okay to have much more of than others and vice versa, but food isn't inherently bad for you. Just because it's not packed 100% full of nutrients doesn't mean it has to be avoided.
As long as you're getting all of your vitamins, nutrients, and enough calories then you'll be fine as long as you don't over indulge on 'treat' foods.
If you're a typical guy Patial then you need to add a lot more calories, especially if you're active. A chronic lack of calories weakens your entire body and especially for younger people(under 25 let's say) can permanently damage your growth and development.

That's simply not true. There are foods that are toxic and have negative effects on people. Like you said, the effects might only show if consumed in excess, but that doesn't mean the food isn't bad.

I'd advise mixing up your breakfast. Eggs are good for you, but I don't think 5 days a week is ideal. Eat some oatmeal (steelcut is awesome) from the stove. Pinch of brown sugar, little bit of butter (sounds weird to most, but trust me it's good) and chop up some bananas or add blue berries to it. I eat that 3 days a week and fuckin love it. Good fiber, considerable amount of protein assuming you make it with milk, and calorie dense without weighing you down.

Steel cut oats and they can be prepared the night before so you don't have to spend time in the morning.
Just pour some into a cup/bowl, add milk, and refrigerate over night. Don't have to cook them. They'll be soft enough to eat in the morning

Shit dude, the ones I buy can be nuked in the microwave and they come out fine. Although I always prefer to do it stove-top if I've got the time, but 20 minutes to cook breakfast ain't that big a deal.

I don't drink milk ever. I hate it. I'm not a big fan of milk products either. I have become lactose intolerant and I suspect it's because I never eat milk products.
Plus drinking all these cow hormones can't be good. Only the babies of every species drink milk, why should humans continue drinking it throughout their lifetime?

The average american diet benefits from a moderate amount of milk product, but since you're canadian i don't know where that leaves you

dontknow said: I know soda is often terrible, but it's definitely not a top 5 health hazard is all i was saying
What common food or drink item could possibly be worse? Drinking a soda is basically like eating an extremely processed piece of candy. Only difference is people don't tend to eat candy multiple times throughout the day like they drink soda.
For real. What five common food items do you think are worse dontknow?
Originally he had said that it was one of the top 5 things anyone could consume, which definitely is not technically true since numerous poisons that will just kill you outright fit into the category of things that can be consumed. If you limit it to foods, there are things more dangerous to consume (e.g. fugu and shit like that) but in terms of things that affect the health of large numbers of people I'd guess soda is probably right up there.
Regarding artificial coloring as someone else mentioned, it's not a concern with colas as far as I know since they use natural caramel coloring. With citrus flavored sodas there's also brominated vegetable oil keeping the flavoring suspended.

Try it.
3 hard boiled eggs, dip them in miracle whip before you eat. Its delicious.
You react as if it's as nasty as put steak and cheese in a hot dog bun.

add one or two fruits and vegetables everyday.
Easily add a apple or a cup or broccoli for your meals
Eat basmati white rice Pasta Kidney beans/chick peas, pinto beans are great Whole grain breads Cashews chicken pork bananans Brocoli carrots frozen peas and corn
All this stuff is simple to make and good for you, white basmati rice is pretty much the same as brown it's really not going to kill you I eat about a cup dried a day. Chicken is easy to make, you could buy a whole chicken and bake it in the oven Preheat oven 425 Add garlic spice, salt, seasoning salt and pepper to chicken Put the chicken in the oven for 15 minutes Then put oven to 375 Bake for like 50 minutes, fucking BLAMO you got chicken for like a whole week if you cook two
If you don't want to cook dried beans, then get the canned ones. I can get organic Kidney beans/pinto beans, ect for like $2 a can.
Don't be afraid of carbs, that's stupid everyone's body is different I eat a fuck load of food and don't gain weight, I work out though and my job is pretty physical as well.
Cheese is good too, I can give you like a million recipes if you want with just the food items I provided here.. Lemme know if your interested I can pm you if you want.

Yeah I just bought bananas. Everybody seems to want me to eat more fruits. So I will.
Cheese on the other hand, not for me.
As for chicken, well, it's been maybe 2 weeks since I ate meat. I kinda want to keep that streak going

That's a start, but usually local in-season fruits are a little better. Great time to get a bunch of fresh apples.
