I would say poor conditions are contributing. Your holes in your SGFC do not appear to spec and your chamber is not raised, or at least not raised up enough. Are there holes in all six sides? Including the bottom? A proper SGFC has 1/4" holes in a grid pattern spaced 2" apart.

Neither the perlite or the cakes look moist enough. Are they glistening?

You HAVE to have the holes correctly, no questions about it.
They must be 1/4 inch holes drilled every two inches in a grid pattern on ALL SIX SIDES.
For a rib of that size you should be drilling like a hundred holes in that thing.
If you don't do it right your grow will fail or suck, and that's why yours sucks.

I would suggest that its not fine, otherwise you would have better results. How do you know its good? Regardless RH is only one side of the fruiting story. Even more important IMO to pinning and mushroom development is FAE. The proper hole size and pattern will ensure that you have the proper balance between FAE and RH. You will also want to raise the chamber another inch or two. This will allow the air current to flow up through the perlite into the chamber which is how the humidity is raised.

Construct your SGFC properly and you won't need to measure anything, it will be correct Signs of poor FAE are, won't pin, fuzzy stipes, skinny ass shrooms, aerial mycelium, contams, etc. Signs of poor RH are, bluing mycelium, cracking caps and stems, and too my eyes your cakes look dry.
Build a proper SGFC, get your misting and fan schedule down, remember that fanning will not provided enough FAE unless you fan several times a hour, every hour. Excessive fanning will dry your cakes out. Do it right and it will work, with minimal effort.
