Calea is a wonderful herb that tastes extremely bitter, so if your planning on enjoying it use a capsulator. I love calea, It makes my dreams much more vivid and longer, giving me a much better chance to become lucid. Last time I took it, I swallowed 1g in caps, and I had 3 lucid dreams that lasted over 30 minutes each time after becoming lucid, and normally my dreams only seem like they last around 5 minutes after becoming lucid.

the lucid dreaming from calea is awesome, also try smoking some of it before bed, it is a little harsh but minty...

what about taking syrian rue with it? think that would work? caleahuasca? im not asking if it will make me trip, but im wondering if it will help with the dreams

I've been smoking my calae until now...without much in the way of results. I'd like to try capsules, but I currently do not have a scale. Approx how many capsules stuffed is 1g?

If you grind it to a powder in a coffee grinder, size OO capsules should hold around 500mg maybe a bit more.  When filling them use a pen, pencil, dowel, or other cylinder to pack it in.  Most supplements / vitamins use size O capsules with which you'd have to try hard to get 500mg in (fill the top portion a bit also).  You can order empty OO caps online.

I have a question also.  If I try 1-2 grams and it doesn't do much is the stuff I got not very potent, or is it just my individual response? Should something like melatonin be taken also?  Thanks.

1-2g is good for strong effects on me and the few other people who I gave it too. Melatonin really messes up my dreams, anything more than 1.5mg will make my dreams extremely hard to piece together. Also, 1-2g wont seem like much at all if you smoke pot often...that really takes away from dreaming.

I somehow lost atleast a half ounce of it moving :frown: Oh well...the other 3.5 ounces provided me with many night of insane good dreams :cool:

Datura is also an excellent dream aid... 6-10 seeds and your in for a crazy night.

i tend to discourage the suggesting dosages of datura, as it's perhaps potentially dangerous. I'm not saying it'll be intense or not, but i like to endorse an official policy on not promoting datura dosages. Some people are real sensitive.

I found that taking ephedra an hour before sleep induces very real dreams. You won't sleep very deep though, but you'll have really cool-real-life-dreams :grin:

I did this by accident once and thought it was quite interesting :smirk:

I want to get myself a Calea plant now btw...
