first time, need more advice

i did

today for the first time...i only took a very little dose, 5 grams fresh, got it from a shop, cant remember what type, but it had a white stem, hollow stem, and a brown flat top (anyone know what one it is? i live in the UK if that helps). went blue after 20 mins or so. anyway, took it got home and felt stoned and a bit sick. didnt puke thou. i got weird patterns when i closed my eyes, like red and green images that looked pretty, that would change with the music. music sounded nicer. felt normal after about 3 hours. well what the real question is (2 questions actually):

what type of mushroom was it?
and what dose should i take next time (fresh) to get good visuals/feeling (not level 5 trip, but a level 2 or 3)?

prolly psilocybe cubesnis. take 30 fresh grams and youll see what its all about.
