Really

the best chance you have at an interview is acting socially accepted and cool

but like I said fast food is pretty shitty unless you've been at it for years and years so other jobs will get you more off the bat

Take one of the main drugs that they check for on a drug test before going in for an interview, and going through said interview all fucked up on Xanax, which if successful will result in drug testing.. Great idea.

Besides I don't really need the help. I can bullshit my way through the interviews and handle the pressure, it's only when dealing with new people all day that my social anxiety becomes a problem.

Talking to strangers induces panic attacks in me. I can handle one or two people, but anything heavily customer based would literally have me constantly turning pale, light headed, nauseous and possibly even passing out.

Do it anyway.  You'll adapt and be better off.

#8 is right

Face your fear or you'll be your fear, your choice

Not that this is news to you but your suffering from depression with a side order of anxiety and i know from experience that that combo sucks. While that's not news to you i am sure i have to ask what interests you? do you have hobbies? and what do you do in your spare time.
One thing i am surprised no one has  mentioned is volunteer work, while the pay sucks it gains you experience and skills and does something to benefit your community an just as important allows you to make connections with other people. Personally when i realized school was a bust for me i tried a placement at a local wildlife center and found myself staying there for over a decade (mostly paid) and i can't recommend volunteer work highly enough if your in what feels like a hopeless situation.

You're not going to get anywhere with that attitude.  Be diligent and motivated. Think of what you're good at and make it work.
