Weird Caps but Healthy Mycellium

Hello, I'd like to ask you guys a question. Here is the situation:
1. Weird cuts and unusual fragmentation in %30 percent of the yield.
2. Extremely healthy looking mycelium
3. Rest of the yield looks fine.
Pictures:

I think that this happened because I had to move the growing chamber into a dark and relatively colder place for 1-2 days because of unexpected guests.
Do you guys think they are contam, unsafe to eat ?

They are in a big transparent plastic container and have lots of holes. Cakes sit on a layer of perlite. Sunlight is a problem bcz of climate.. Temp varies btw 18-25 celcius I have no control over temp.

The caps are like that because they needed to be picked a few days ago and are past their prime. They'll get all upturned like that. It looks like there's just a lot of knotting/pinning on your cake from what I can tell (this is good). As long as you wash the perlite off it should be fine. And try not to let them go that long without picking.

Thanks for your comment. I think you are right because If it was a contamination then the cakes would look bad too.
