Advices needed : Wild Spore Syringe / Agar and more questions !

Hello everyone ! (this is a newbie writing doing his first experience)
After finding in the forest what has been identified as Tricholoma Squarrulosum (or a close Tricholoma related specie) I decided to make a spore print as I really loved the smell of it (to me it definitely smelled better than any perfume I ever smelled and I would totally wear this as cologne !)
The spore print was simply made on tin foil and kept for something like 3 weeks until I got back to my home where I decided to make a spore syringe from it as I thought it would help "rehydrating as well as conserving" before attempting agar culture.
Knowingly that my spore print probably has all sort of contaminants, I still followed the spore syringe tek from RR as well as I could (air-still box, distilled water / sterelized tools / needles / etc...) and made one syringe that is now waiting in the fridge.
I'm planning to prepare some agar tomorrow to attempt to germinate those spores.
So here are my various questions :
1. What do you recommend for that experience ? PDA ? MDA ? (something else ?) 2. Any advices ? I'm assuming that at best I will get some mycelium growing surrounded by various contaminants and have to make a few transfers ? Some pro told me on another forum that Tricholoma species do grow on agar, just not very fast ! 3. I'd like to make enough agar tomorrow to pour enough petri dishes to also attempt tissue culture cloning of shiitake and oysters from the market to hopefully make my own wooden dowels one day. 4. Please please give me plenty of advices :p I'm really a beginner with mushroom culture and this is my first serious experience. I got some basic equipment and I'm in the middle of reading Paul Stamet's mushroom cultivator book. I know starting with wild mushroom spores (and tissue culture from market mushrooms) isn't the smartest idea but I'd still like to give it a shot ! 5. Oh and : Do you always seal your petri dishes with something like micro pore tape or is it only for long conservation ? Ooooh AND, how long can you conserve empty agar plates before using them ? Ooooooh AND, how long should I wait after making a spore syringe before using it ?
Thank you very much for any information you can provide me with

Welcome to the Shroomery.
That's a LOT of questions!!
Tricholoma sq. is mycorrhizal; because it depends on its relationship with tree roots, you will not be able to cultivate it indoors.
You could probably germinate the spores on any old kind of agar. I use Telephone brand from my local Asian market and add a pinch of light malt extract. Since no one can cultivate this mushroom you're unlikely to hear any opinions about which agar is best.
When I pour agar I like to do a bunch of dishes, like a dozen. I've left them for a couple weeks before adding anything and never had a problem.
Seal your petri dishes with Parafilm. I used to try and get around this with masking tape and other tapes; however, it's worth the investment to just buy a roll -- it will last a long time and once you try it you'll never go back. It allows some gas exchange but keeps out contamination.
Frankly I would give you a pretty low chance of success with a spore syringe made from wild harvested mushrooms. I imagine it will be packed with contaminants. Agar is the way to go.
Spore syringes (if they do not contain contams) can last a year or more in the fridge.
Good luck!
