Boiled BRF jars twice. Did I screw up?

Hey all! I wanted to make SURE I was sterile before inoculation so I boiled my BRF jars the first time but was unsatisfied with just one boil before inoc and having no pressure cooker I decided to boil them a second time after they cooled for about 7 hrs. The first boil was more less on medium low the entire 90min. It was not until after that I realized I could still have water and not boil dry if I went from High to Medium. So that gave me the idea to do a second boil on Medium the entire 90min. Do you guys think I messed up the jars moisture inside by boiling them twice? I am ready to inoc but I figured id ask first

Follow the tek, dude. If it were me, I'd just start over. Nothing but a little lost time, and some brf and verm....I'd do it again and follow the tek to the letter.

If you boiled them at all, you probably messed up the moisture content. Did you perhaps mean steam them, instead of actually submerging them in boiling water? I agree with Sizl though, start over and follow the tek.

I didnt "boil them" they were out of the water, followed the tek EXACTLY to a T, however I only redid the sterilization process twice...

You're likely fine. But, the cake recipe is far cheaper than spores, so I would start over just to be safe.
Your dry verm layer may no longer be dry, thus making it a vector for contams.

I step aside for more experienced advice, but, steaming them twice isn't following the tek to the t. It might not mess anything up. Try it, I suppose, but, I'd also get some more jars going just in case?

You may have messed up the moisture content... best to follow the TEK to the word. Re-do it if you can!

You could've just emptied the jars out and reused the same jars...
Or even just emptied one out, seen if the moisture content was still good, and if it was you could've used the other 11... but since it's your first grow I wouldn't really recommend this.

Yeah, re-use the jars and lids after washing.
