Oregon Coast ID Request (Good details!)

Friend and I went out to the Oregon Coast in search of psilocybe azurescens. We found mostly these two (or three?) kinds of mushrooms in the habitats we were looking for. After some googling, I don't think they're azurescens because none of them are bruising blue, but maybe they're something nice to eat?
These were picked on a sunny day on the Oregon Coast near the Colombia River. (Astoria)
Habitat: Oregon Coast (near Astoria) Sandy Soil, mostly under stands of trees bordering dune grass, but not actually on the dunes.
I've got what might be three different mushrooms, or maybe just the same one but in different live stages or variations? I'm not sure.
Mushroom 1 Gills: tan or caramel color. attached? not sure. Stem: quite white, between 2 and 5" tall, a little thinner than a pencil, hollow, feels smooth. Cap: 1/2" to 1", mostly with a lighter middle part and a nipple. smooth, maybe a little slimy? Bruising: None?

Mushroom 2 Gills: Kind of wavy and brown, I think attached? Stem: White to mostly brown and woody. Hollow but thick. About 2-3" tall. Thinner than a red vine, thicker than a cocktail straw. Cap: Darker brown, flat or cone-shaped with a darker nipple and a ring of some kind. Not a smooth as Mushroom #1 Bruising: None Or maybe i'm just impatient?

Mushroom 3 Gills: Caramel with an orange hue, not attached? Stem: white, fairly straight, hollow. about 2-3" tall. thicker than a toothpick, thinner than a pencil. Cap: pretty much always bell-shaped with a nipple and a black ring around it. very light brown, nearly white. Bruising: Maybe i don't understand brusiing properly
