Identify Panamanian Shrooms

Habitat: mountains of Panama. Found them in horse manure/dung.
Gills: see picture (they seem greyish)
Stem: see picture (sort of yellow/white)
Cap: white/yellowish, sort of dome shaped
Spore print color: black
Bruising: no visible bruising

Well it's definitely a white Panaeolus that was growing on dung...

This is one Panaeolus you probably don't need a "or something very close" qualifier. With the non-hygrophanous caps, robust size, and generally little pigment its keys pretty well to subgenus Anellaria which only has two described species, P. antillarum & P. semiovatus. To distinguish them its as simple as veil present vs. veil absent. P. semiovatus var. phalaenarum has a fugacious veil though so its not always apparent.
