Coffee enemas
    #19158390 - 11/19/13 06:00 AM (10 years, 3 months ago)

Coffee enemas are amazing!  I have lots of health issues, weakened liver, weakened immune system etc.  Often leaves me feeling run down and tired.  Well, I started reading about coffee enemas and seems they have some amazing health benefits.  They are a really powerful detox, totally cleanse the liver, and often help with depression and energy levels in the process.

I've done two over the last three days and have to say I feel absolutely amazing!  I feel clean, calm, and energetic.  Better than I've felt in ages.  And this from someone who can't tolerate coffee normally.  Highly recommended!!

To do one you need to buy an enema kit/bag.  Boil up 3 cups of purified water and add 4 tablespoons of ground organic coffee.  Boil for 5 mins and then strain.  Leave to cool to body temperature, then follow instructions on the bag for the enema.

Awesome!

The health benefits sound nice, but is it really worth the discomfort?

Sounds like plugging coffee to me, How's the rectal caffeine feel?

The first time I did it it felt a bit weird, but really isn't much discomfort at all. The trick is to just use 2 cups, as you don't want it to go too high in the colon otherwise too much gets absorbed into the bloodstream and you get jittery.
