Good Bitcoin wallet online?

I've been reading up on this lately. Supposedly Mt. Gox used to be the McDonald's of online Bitcoin banking but at some point they started to require ID's or something like that.
What online, anonymity-friendly Bitcoin wallet would you recommend?

blockchain.info
Use a strong password, two-factor authentication, secondary password, lockout with an IP, etc...
I'll post a tutorial to using blockchain.info later today.

Is it solely a wallet service or can you buy through them as well? And if so, can you buy anonymously with, say, green dot moneypak card or a visa gift card? That's what I'm looking for, personally.

It is solely a wallet service, but you can send and receive bitcoins to it. You can also tumble the bitcoins to the wallet, and tumble them from the wallet.
You can probably find a website to buy btc anonymously with those payment methods you said, but it might be harder. I seriously recommend you check out localbitcoins.com

So, can you purchase BTC from localbitcoins anonymously with moneypak?

No you find someone who sells them locally, and you pay with cash, some may accept bank payments etc... But it is primarily for in person, cash transactions. Find a seller and talk to them; I recommend you stick to cash transactions if possible.

Well, I was browsing localbitcoins just now and it seems they have a LOT of people selling BTC who take moneypak, including people with 100+ transactions. I mean, is there any reason why I shouldn't particularly use moneypak on localbitcoins?
Also, still wondering... does localbitcoins require your identity (and proof of) or is it anonymous?

There's no particular reason, it's really up to you, I just like using cash.
Nope you don't need to identify yourself at all.
I'm making a blockchain.info tutorial, will be done in the next hour or two.

Oh well if you're still here, I may as well ask...
I know nothing about PGP encryption but stumbled across THIS guide for how to use it. As I know nothing about PGP, would you mind telling me if this is an accurate guide or altogether incorrect?

@Synthe:
Sure that way will work, but it's really insecure and not anonymous. ESPECIALLY for the intended purpose of the person who wrote the article.
edit:
For future readers, you can learn how to use online wallets, specifically with blockchain.info and secure it to pretty much the fullest level here (http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19116760)

you could have a trusted friend buy the money pack for you. see the problem is with the cameras in the store. if in any way you was using the money pack you fund you btc account for illegal reasons they could trace them back to you that way. i dont see how local bitcoin is safe. i mean come on folks what the chances that if they had feds on SR buying that they don't have feds on lbc selling collecting info on each buyer. Big Brother has a lot of resource mainly our tax dollars to eat this shit up. im not saying dont use btc or sites that sell it just use your heads if you do use it for some thing other then legit resources.

@Yuri.Pono:
It's pretty safe, use a prepaid phone, tumble the bitcoins, you're pretty much safe; There's no way to tell what you're doing with the bitcoins; You're thinking on a pretty paranoid level IMO.
You mention money pack, that leaves a legitimate paper trail

not if you have randoms buy them and i said there still is issues with that

there is more risk to meet in person with cash. also more details they can get from a meet and greet deal. dont think for a second with recent events that the feds have given up on the whole internet drug buying issues. the war is on at all times no matter how many tax dollar they waste on useless info. best bet never use the same place or same person to fund your GDMP. use a PC with no hard drive. never use your own connection for wifi. always use TOR + PGP
if any issues came up friend could claim they lost or GDMP got stolen. what would you use for your cover story if the feds came knocking do to your personal meet and greet. would you be able to prove you used the bitcoins for something legal?
my $.02 get you a private dealer in bitcoin someone who has tons that needs cash for supplies.

everyone should as should you with recent events. there is a company that is working with the feds to control BTC. they will be blacklisting coins they think are not used properly from what i've read. hope the rumors aren't true as bitcoin is the best place to store your money.

You must be doing something wrong, it's not a pain in the ass at all. Anytime I want to acquire bitcoins, it takes about a 25 minute bus ride to my friends house, 25 minute bus ride back and by the time I get back home I have my btc.
If I was doing bank transfers I'd have the bitcoins within 5 minutes.

Do you mean personal information to register a blockchain account? Because if that's the case you don't have to provide any personal information.
If you're talking about personal information for buying bitcoins, use localbitcoins.com to initiate an in person cash transaction. Worried about your phone number? Download Textplus for afree texting service; Worried about your IP being tagged to that? Torify your internet traffic on the mobile device.
It's easy as 1-2-3

Or just look for somebody selling BTC for moneypak/reloadit/ect cards. Just walk into a convenience store and pay cash, walk out and send the info to a reputable seller.
