The best juice companies I've tried so far.
Vermillion River Good Life Vapor Mt. Baker Vapor Heather's Heavenly Vapes (Don't let the girly angle deter you, their extracted tobaccos flavors are among the best).
Vermillion River's Kentucky Premium Blend and HHV's Legend are my most consistently used flavors. And then I have one or 2 that I rotate in sometimes to mix things up. Right now it's Banana Nut Bread.

You can also just get 100% VG juice if you are concerned

Vaping seemed to work for me but I sort of scared myself out of it for some reason. While I was doing it my head seemed to clear up a bit and seemed like a less toxic alternative to cigarettes. The liquid I got was 50/50 pg/vg fluid. If you have something like a 10 ml bottle at 14mg/ml you actually only absorbed like 10-50 percent of the nicotine into your body from that bottle.

Can anyone recommend an atomizer that actually works with 100% VG?

The only thing with 100% VG is that it produces very little vapor.. 30PG /70VG seems to be a good ratio..

I just ordered 30ml of the Kentucky Vanilla Blend Been looking for a good vanilla one and based on your recommendation I found that one and it had some good reviews.. hope I like it. Supposed to be like the Kentucky Premium with a nice mix of vanilla

I couldn't get into it. The satisfaction compared to inhaling actual smoke just isn't there for me.
Besides most people I know who were smokers and switched end up smoking a fuck ton more of that shit than they were cigarettes and I don't see how that helps people quit (nicotine).

Even if you don't quit nicotine... the point is that it's 100x less harmful to your lungs and body than smoking cigs. Also with most vapers, the idea is to lower the percentage of nicotine over time, until you are down to 0% nicotine.
Yeah I do smoke a lot more though. Since I can vape indoors.... I'm vaping at my desk at work and shit now.. HA!
For me though it was the perfect substitute for smoking I had been smoking a pack a day for like 15 years, got a vape and haven't smoked a cigarette since 3-4 months later It satisfies all of the cravings - the nicotine fix, the act and ritual of smoking something and the act of inhaling/exhaling a smoke-like substance.
I'm glad I'm not spending $250 a month on cigarettes anymore, and I feel better. Instead, I spend $20 on juice.

I've been off and on the vapor for a few years now. Cigarettes are better for camping and being in the woods though, along with other situations. Charging batteries and topping up carts is such a pain in the ass sometimes, so sometimes I just smoke cigarettes. It's more realistic to view the vapor as an alternative, one that I can use to enable me to take long breaks from cigarettes. If you can take a week off from cigarettes, at will, from time to time, it does wonders for your body's ability to recover and stay healthier. I think, anyway.
Kentucky Vanilla used to be my favorite, it tasted like waffle cones with vanilla ice cream soaked into it. But I must have broke my tongue along the way because now it tastes kind of blah. KPB is the shit though and I always make sure to have some handy.

alright here is my opinion....i have owned a for a few years now....have smoked ounces of nugs out of it....and honestly i cough and have more lung irritation from it than smoking....i have had spontaneous pneumothorax on both of my lungs and that is why i decided to buy the volcano....but for some reason it seem like the vapor effects my lungs in a more negative way than actual smoke.....maybe it get into the smaller pockets that smoke cant reach or what....probably just all in my head but that is my opinion....
edit....damnt it are you talking about an e-cig...should of read the op....fuck that shit just quit smoking both cigarettes and e-cigs....

I hear ya. When I'm out fishing or metal detecting my hands are full and I like to have a cig in my mouth or between my fingers every now and then. I can't walk around with my pen hanging on my lip.

Identification of toxicants in cinnamon-flavored electronic cigarette refill fluids
Highlights
•Most cinnamon-flavored refill fluids were cytotoxic to embryonic and adult cells. •Human embryonic stem cells were more sensitive than adult pulmonary fibroblasts. •Four chemicals were identified in cinnamon-flavored refill fluids. •Dipropylene glycol and vanillin had low cytotoxicity. •Cinnamaldehyde and 2-methoxycinnamaldehyde were cytotoxic in the MTT assay.
Abstract
In a prior study on electronic cigarette (EC) refill fluids, Cinnamon Ceylon was the most cytotoxic of 36 products tested. The purpose of the current study was to determine if high cytotoxicity is a general feature of cinnamon-flavored EC refill fluids and to identify the toxicant(s) in Cinnamon Ceylon. Eight cinnamon-flavored refill fluids, which were screened using the MTT assay, varied in their cytotoxicity with most being cytotoxic. Human embryonic stem cells were generally more sensitive than human adult pulmonary fibroblasts. Most products were highly volatile and produced vapors that impaired survival of cells in adjacent wells. Cinnamaldehyde (CAD), 2-methoxycinnamaldehyde (2MOCA), dipropylene glycol, and vanillin were identified in the cinnamon-flavored refill fluids using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). When authentic standards of each chemical were tested using the MTT assay, only CAD and 2MOCA were highly cytotoxic. The amount of each chemical in the refill fluids was quantified using HPLC, and cytotoxicity correlated with the amount of CAD/product. Duplicate bottles of the same product were similar, but varied in their concentrations of 2MOCA. These data show that the cinnamon flavorings in refill fluids are linked to cytotoxicity, which could adversely affect EC users.

Yeah, so like I said... skip cinnamon.
Study was flawed

Definitely flawed.
In other news, all Marijuana is bad for you because someone tested a "sample" and found it to contain traces of a Mexican's urine.
You get that KVB yet, Shroomism?
