been going for only 2 days and its already forming heaps of white things standing up everywhere and fluffy mycelium forming, the thing is my mate forgot to remind me to add the holes at the bottom so water doesn't form slowly over time at the bottom and its hard as to do it now because i need to turn the container upside down and i can't
would it still work without it? i mean, its been 2 days and already its going so good it could fruit within a month or so and there wouldn't be too much water at the bottom? if not ill hav to get som1 to hold the container while i push a knife into it from under it and also is it ok to give it fresh air and a mist everyday?

When it comes time to fruit it, just drill a small drainage hole in one of the corners....then seal it up with duck tape.

i never put holes in the bottom of my tubs. every once in awhile there will be some water pooling up and ill either dab it up with a paper towel or if its a lot ill get it all in a corner and pour it out of through the top. i only do this when i introduce into fruiting conditions though..i never open a tub before its fully colonized.

Drainage holes are clutch IMHO. I use a hot nail (brad) for a drain hole, and like NAH suggested, duct tape works great for keeping it water tight.
