Had a first flush with a growbag, should I keep fruiting in-vitro?

Hi, I've used one of the sponsors' grow bags to cultivate gourmet mushroooms that is surprising to a cubensis. Well the vendor's instruction states that you can keep fruiting invitro if you dunk the cake for 24hrs in the water after each flush. What do you guys think? I'm planning to make a SGFC when I get back from college but do you think it will increase the yield if I put the cakes in the chamber? Thanks.

It would get more surface to fruit of so MAYBE u get more...
Depends on other factors too such as how humid u manage to get the SGFC to keep(i would personally go for a modified monotub with perlite instead of the sgfc).

Humidity has little to do with yield....plus a properly built SGFC will have perfect humidity.

Please explain to me what good perlite does in the bottom of a tub with no holes.
Air cannot flow up thru the perlite in a tub with no holes...meaning perlite in the bottom of a monotub is pointless and ignorant....
Monotubs are good for bulk, but do not work with cakes....period.
SGFCs are great for cakes, and small bulk grows.....

I can almost guarantee that you will get healthier (and probably more) fruits if you use a proper chamber. Although fruiting in bags works, it is not an optimal environment for mushroom growth.

I was thinking water evaporates from perlite, and the only thing u need to get rid of is co2. Thats why u modify the monotub with holes along the level of the perlite and have some holes higher up on the tub (with somekind of filter on em) so that the co2 would go out the holes low and draw in fresh air from the top since co2 is heavier than air...)
