Constant FAE and Humidity?
    #19169246 - 11/21/13 10:14 AM (10 years, 3 months ago)

I have an ultrasonic humidifier that completely fogs my fc, if I have this on along with a fan constantly bringing in fresh air would this be fine or "too humid"

I currently have pins this would be for pins-harvest

I have but there's so much humidity and it gets stuck on 99% even hours after I've taken it out, guessing water leaks in or something...

I also meant the general concept of such a setup, I wasn't really clear enough on that

Any hygrometer that is affordable is going to be a piece of shit.
Your best bet for a hygrometer is a cigar box one that is analog and can be calibrated. Other than that the next good hygrometer that isn't a piece of garbage is going to cost lots of money.

What kind of fruiting chamber do you have? You only need humidifiers for greenhouse/martha setups if it's a SGFC, monotub, PMP etc you're doing it wrong if you have a humidifier. Same goes for a fan. The only FC that needs a fan is a greenhouse/martha and even then most people use two humidifiers one with a fan and then an ultrasonic to dial in FAE.

In a PC case (Yes I know, I'm satan, but my landlord doesn't mind snooping around when I'm out and my anxiety makes too paranoid for anything else)

So a pretty much sealed environment with a hose letting in air and humidity at the top and exiting at the base through vent holes

Put a camera in and sue your landlord. He can't just come in without notice.

You'll probably want to look up greenhouses / marthas in the search engine press the trusted cultivator button and then make the search age less than two years old. You'll find all you ever wanted to know about how to keep FAE and RH in a small space like that. Pictures will always help
