My drug regimen/cycle/strategy

Drug Plan/schedule for your Consideration:

Basically here is what you will want to get: some good etizolam pellets (the indian brand name kind), a bottle of phenibut capsules, a bottle of valerian root extract capsules, some nootropics (A choline and a racetam or analogue of racetam), lots of kratom of various strains, some white grape fruit juice, some magnesium capsules, some ketamine or mxe (optional) , some real MDMA (optional) and a big bag of weed (optional).

Then your week goes something like this (assume you work monday-friday and have saturday and sunday off).

Monday- Take magnesium and grape fruit juice. Wait one hour. Then dose kratom (I prefer to take it in greek yogurt or toss and wash). Bring some extra kratom with you to work. The high should last you through much of the day at work but feel free to redose if it fades. At night, if you need help sleeping, take 3-6 valerian extract capsules (or more or less as needed).

Tuesday- Take grapefruit juice. Wait one hour. Take 1mg etizolam. Chew it up and let it sit under your tongue to dissolve. Bring 1-2 mg with you to work if needed. Do not exceed 2-3 mg in the day. If needed, take an additional milligram to go to sleep that night.

Wednesday- Take magnesium and grape fruit juice. Wait one hour. Then dose kratom (I prefer to take it in greek yogurt or toss and wash). Bring some extra kratom with you to work. The high should last you through much of the day at work but feel free to redose if it fades. At night, if you need help sleeping, take 3-6 valerian extract capsules (or more or less as needed).

Thursday- Take 2 grams of phenibut 2-4 hours before work. This will last all day and should also help you sleep well at night. If you find yourself getting groggy or drowsy, drink coffee or tea as needed. Caffeine and phenibut synergize well.

Friday: Take magnesium and grape fruit juice. Wait one hour. Then dose kratom (I prefer to take it in greek yogurt or toss and wash). Bring some extra kratom with you to work. The high should last you through much of the day at work but feel free to redose if it fades. At night, if you need help sleeping, take 3-6 valerian extract capsules (or more or less as needed).

Saturday (your first day off)- Take MDMA if desired. Drink lots of water. Take b-vitamins and C vitamins. If desired take 5-htp during or after the comedown to help seratonin replenish in your brain. If needed, take etizolam to soothe the comedown and help you sleep.

Sunday (your second day off)- Take ketamine in small bumps throughout the day, if desired. If needed, take etizolam to help you sleep at night.


Repeat the following week.

In addition: Take your nootropic stack of a good choline (such as CDP choline) and a good racetam or analog (such as phenylpiracetam or noopept) in the morning

If desired, smoke weed at will on a daily basis or whenever you want, but use a vaporizer.

Optional: On your days off, drink beer or red wine instead of ketamine or MDMA. You should not use MDMA more than twice a month max. You should not use ketamine more than once a week max. Keep your doses low with both. With MDMA, do not redose, take your initial dose and enjoy the ride.

Optional: Take vitamins and supplements daily. Magnesium not only potentiates kratom, but also is very healthy for everyone.

Drinking organic raw cacao is very good for your health and is also pleasantly psychoactive in its own mild way.

Drink coffee or green tea at will but not more than 1 small cup of coffee a day.

This is a basic idea of the schedule. It can be modified and varied based on personal need and preference.

Not saying this is the best way, but its how I more or less operate. Alcohol should be consumed only 1-2 days a week, stick to beer and red wine, and do not exceed 3-5 alcoholic beverages in one day.

You may wish to take the supplements milk thistle, N acetyl Cysteine and S adenosyl Methionine to support your liver, and a b-vitamin complex to support your brain, especially if drinking alcohol.

However, be aware that S Adenosyl Methionine (SAMe) is to be taken daily, and will give a substantial mood life on its own. If you take SAMe every day, do not take MDMA as there is a risk of seratonin syndrome.

Do not consume any tobacco, hard alcohol, crack, speed, heroin, opiates other than kratom, pcp, MDPV, APVP, cocaine, meth, amphetamines or synthetic cathinones under any circumstances.

Do not take pharmaceutical SSRI antidepressants. If you do take these, do not take MDMA.

I make no gaurantees that this program will work for you.

When using etizolam, try to keep your total daily dose to 3mg a day, maximum 4 with the last one for sleeping.

Try not to use any given drug on sequential days if possible. Occasionally arrange to take a 3 day tolerance break from any given drug.

Do not take phenibut more than once a week.

Try to alternate Gabaergic drugs such as phenibut and etizolam with Opiate drugs like kratom, in order to give each receptor site a rest on alternate days.

Take mushrooms, mescaline, ayahuasca or dmt when desired or available. If you do so, do not take other drugs on the same day, make sure you are in a safe set and setting, and perform some kind of ritual (meditation is best) before consuming them.

Do not use psychedelics more than once a month maximum.

That is generally my philosophy or strategy for drug use.

Well the kratom and phenibut will not show up on a drug screen.

Neither will the nootropics or supplements.

Not sure about etizolam or mxe.

Obviously weed, mdma and ketamine you will need to leave out.

You can replace etizolam with kava or kava exract if you wish. Kava will not show up on a drug test. Do not take kava more than 1-2 times a week, and do not mix with tylenol or alcohol.

When taking any drug, drink lots of pure water.

Remember that in the above schedule the grape fruit juice is to potentiate the kratom and etizolam. Do not take the grapefruit juice if your tolerance is low. Start without it and add it if needed. You may not need or want to further potentiate.

You can also always use valerian root as a good replacement for etizolam, and this should be periodically done.

I am taking Webber Natural Easy Absorption Elemental Magnesium, however I have heard the best way is to take a bath with epsom salts and allow it to absorb through the skin.

I did some reading on magnesium supplements

Magnesium glycinate is one of the best forms to take...you can get 500g for like 30 bucks and cap it yourself. Comes out WAY cheaper that way.

I use one of these for my phenibut. Taking my time I do 24 500mg capsules in about 8 minutes.

Honestly, you shouldn't be using MDMA twice a month. Once a month is really the minimum you should ever be using it and that still has the potential to build long term tolerance.

You think so? Again I wouldn't suggest doing it that often. A few times a year maybe. My understanding was it takes long term daily abuse to really harm you with k. How often do you think is safe?

once in a week seems like too much to me, unless you're not talking K-Hole doses. "K-Hole" doses seems like too much to begin with, so i'd say more then a week a trip... more like a month a trip. it'd still be trashing your kidneys though. not like MDMA. at least MDMA is relatively harmless to your major organs, at recreational doses.

plus, down regulated receptors can bounce back after a month or so of not using MDMA; while with Ket, any damage is likely permanent. kidneys get blasted... the liver starts getting blasted. liver can't heal itself, so eventually you'll have liver problems later in life.

unless you're lucky of course. everyone's body chemistry is different.

I believe you're thinking about bladder. But either way you're right. Long term weekly ketamine use would not be healthy, though i'm not entirely sure how problematic it would be. I'd be interested if someone had more info on that. I loves me some ket, but i would never make a routine of it.
